A professional wood finish is built in layers: filler levels the surface, stain sets the tone, sealer locks the grain, and the clear topcoat delivers gloss and protection. How to Apply a Wood Coating System

Follow the standard four-step system for a professional, long-lasting wood finish.

Prepare the Surface

Sand the bare wood along the grain, fill dents and open pores with Wood Filler, and dust clean.
Stain & Seal

Apply Wood Stain for colour if required, then seal with Sanding Sealer or Brown Sealer and de-nib.
Build the Topcoat

Apply T.T. Clear, Super Clear or Touch Shine 1K PU in thin, even coats, sanding lightly between coats.
Cure & Maintain

Cure & Maintain

Allow full curing before use. Maintain the sheen with Wood Polish for a long-lasting finish.
